I have over 20 years’ experience in international corporations, including as Managing Director for Accounts, Operations, IT and Sourcing for the Global Rewards business unit at Edenred until September 2017. My background spans business services and consultancy, technology and FMCG, with a solid track record in developing and implementing marketing and rewards programmes across Asia Pacific and the US, setting up new ventures and leading them to profitability. I am a hands-on partner and mentor with strengths in strategic thinking, leadership, sales and marketing, client servicing, P&L and project management, and I work fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (elementary French).
