By accessing and using the Invest How Now website and platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Invest How Now is operated by Concept by Hannah Ltd (UK Company Number 15280150).

1. Service Description

Invest How Now is a networking platform that helps founders and angel investors discover potential connections based on publicly shared profile information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse profiles and present alignment signals to help users identify relevant networking opportunities.

Important Regulatory Notice: Invest How Now does not provide financial advice, arrange investments, broker deals, or facilitate transactions. We are an information and networking platform only. The Service does not recommend, endorse, or validate any investment opportunity or participant. Any investment decisions are made entirely independently by users, and any discussions, negotiations, or transactions occur directly between parties outside of our platform.

Invest How Now is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on this platform constitutes an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.

2. Eligibility and Verification

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete our verification process for your stated role (founder or investor)

For Founders: You must confirm whether your company is seeking or has obtained SEIS/EIS advance assurance, and that you are actively preparing to raise investment. You may optionally provide your UK Companies House registration number for profile verification.

For Investors: You must confirm that you have the authority and capacity to make investment decisions, and that you understand the risks of early-stage investing. We do not verify investment experience, accreditation status, or suitability for any particular investment.

Verified Profiles: Profiles displaying a "Verified" badge have been manually reviewed by our team. For founders, this typically involves confirmation against UK Companies House records. Verification indicates identity confirmation only and does not constitute endorsement or due diligence on the company or investment opportunity.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Harvest or collect user data without consent
• Send unsolicited communications to other users outside the platform
• Attempt to circumvent access restrictions or security measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform to promote unregulated financial schemes
• Abuse the introduction or scheduling systems

5. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence in several ways:

• Profile Matching: AI analyses your profile to suggest potential connections based on sector alignment, stage fit, and stated preferences.
• Chat Assistance: An AI assistant helps you complete your profile and navigate the platform.
• Content Summarisation: Blog articles may be summarised and converted to audio using AI.

AI suggestions are based on stated profile information and do not constitute recommendations to invest, accept investment, or enter any business relationship. You acknowledge that AI systems may produce imperfect results and agree to exercise your own judgment in all decisions.

6. Introductions and Scheduling

The Service facilitates introductions between users through a structured request process. When you request an introduction:

• The recipient may accept, decline, or ignore your request
• If accepted, you may schedule a meeting via our integrated calendar system (powered by Cal.com)
• Meeting invitations are sent to both parties with relevant details
• You are responsible for attending scheduled meetings and conducting yourself professionally

We do not monitor or participate in meetings between users. Any conversations, negotiations, or transactions occur directly between users and are not facilitated, monitored, or guaranteed by us.

7. Payments and Refunds

Premium access is available for a one-time fee based on your user type. Current pricing is:

• Founders: £190 for 6 weeks access
• Investors: £20 for 6 weeks access
• Both (Founder & Investor): £210 for 6 weeks access

Refund Policy: In accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact us via the details on our website with your account email and reason for the request.

After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion and only in cases where the Service was materially different from what was described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.

Access duration begins from the date of payment. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of access outside the 14-day refund window.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the property of Concept by Hannah Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, display, and process that content to provide the Service, including AI analysis for matching purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that discovery suggestions will result in introductions, investments, funding, or business relationships.

Investment Risk: Early-stage investing carries significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only invest money you can afford to lose and should seek independent financial advice if uncertain.

AI Limitations: AI-powered features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results. You agree not to rely solely on AI suggestions for any business or investment decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concept by Hannah Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from investment decisions made as a result of connections made through the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data processed by AI systems and third-party integrations.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to deliver functionality:

• Authentication: Google OAuth for sign-in (optional)
• Payments: Revolut Business for secure payment processing
• Scheduling: Cal.com for meeting booking
• AI Processing: OpenAI for matching and chat features

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
