I am Group CMO and UK Commercial Director at Aira, a clean energy‑tech company transforming home heating across Europe. As employee number one in the UK and a founding team member, I helped build Aira from the ground up, supporting more than €450m raised (equity and debt), scaling to 1,200+ employees and launching in the UK, Italy and Germany in under two years. I lead brand, marketing, communications, commercial operations and public affairs, and helped establish a climate‑tech brand with Trustpilot 4.5 and NPS 75.
