I am an experienced cross-functional leader with 20 years’ experience in B2B technology and a continuous track record of progression. More latterly I have formed and led go-to-market organisations in the nascent tax-tech sector in EMEA and helped grow two leading providers in that space up to and through successful IPOs in 2018 and 2020. For the last eight years I have worked in US-headquartered complex SaaS organisations selling across multiple product and service lines, geographies, sectors and domains, operating in matrixed and geographically dispersed environments.
I bring hands-on commercial and operational experience scaling teams and building repeatable revenue processes. I grew a sales organisation from 5 to 40 in three years and led it through an IPO, started loyalty, strategic accounts and sales development functions from scratch, and designed and implemented a performance management framework rolled out across multiple functions. I have influenced product management to pivot strategy to address market catalysts, implemented a data-driven upsell process that delivered over $1m bookings in 12 months, and consistently exceeded targets (125% and 140% regional new/upsell in 2018), including a 191% individual achievement driven by a $2m enterprise software deal.
