Based near Edinburgh, I am an exited, serial entrepreneur with deep experience in product design, strategy, commercialisation and practical problem solving. I co‑founded intelligentpos® in 2012 to bring a low‑cost, cloud EPOS to SMEs and exited in 2016 when the business was acquired by Swedish fintech iZettle (now part of the PayPal group); during that period we launched the product in multiple EU countries. I have also founded Urban Paintball Edinburgh, AdVan Scotland and Ecig123, and am active in the build‑to‑rent and residential new‑build sector.
I co‑founded Seed Haus in 2017 with Calum Forsyth to provide pre‑seed funding, workspace and mentor access to early founders, so my typical focus is on pre‑seed and very early stage companies. I am passionate about mentoring founders and taking on NxD roles, bringing hands‑on support as a business partner and mentor with practical experience of scaling products, international launches and exits.
