In January 2014, while walking home in East London after a rain‑soaked trip to Oslo, I resolved to replace my management consulting salary of £42,000 within a year, a target I achieved before leaving the corporate world. Over the following decade I tried and failed with 17 businesses, invested in 11 and learnt a great deal. I now run Fame, a fully remote company that starts and grows podcasts for B2B businesses, employing 75 full‑time team members and known for a distinctly unconventional culture. I am focused on building businesses and delivering great marketing alongside our team.
